Throughout high school, I participated in every photography-related activity I possibly could—the yearbook, the school newspaper, and even took all photography classes my school had to offer. I loved it so much that I went on to college to earn a degree in photography.

After graduation, I moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to pursue my dream of working in a commercial photography studio. There, I found a job as an assistant where I traveled the country photographing products for catalogs and flyers. Eventually, I worked my way up to photographing models for ads and I found my love for working with and photographing people.

Now, I’ve owned my own photography business for over 25 years, photographed more than 600 weddings, and helped preserve countless memories—and I still love photography just as much as ever!

I bring excitement and enthusiasm to every wedding I photograph. I always make sure to guide you through everything so you never feel awkward or uncomfortable in front of the camera. Most people say I make photoshoots fun and easy which helps them feel confident and beautiful—and it really shows in the final photos!

Having grown up in Dubuque, Iowa, I get so excited getting to bring my love of photography to my hometown. I love that I’ve been able to make my photography hobby my career and I’d love to share that passion as your wedding photographer!

Ever since I stepped into a darkroom and cracked open a 35mm film canister for the first time in the 8th grade—I’ve been hooked!
